Myth 3: It's okay to eat a fruit-only diet all the time.

While fruits are rich in vitamins and carbohydrates, and their benefits are numerous, their nutritional composition is relatively simple, especially lacking essential unsaturated fatty acids and proteins. A diet consisting solely of fruits over a long period will inevitably lead to the loss of protein, minerals, and other nutrients in the body, eventually triggering warning signs from the body.

A monotonous diet, like a limited selection of fruits, reduces the intake of many nutrients. Over time, this leads to a lack of comprehensive and balanced nutrition, which is harmful rather than beneficial.
