This is not a complete diet; obese individuals can easily lose 0.9-1.4 kg per week. This diet involves two meals a day, with food choices limited to a prescribed range. The wide variety of food options allows obese individuals to enjoy delicious food while achieving their weight loss goals.

Each meal includes the following: 100 grams of lean meat, poultry, fish, or seafood; a small plate of cabbage; half a slice of thin toast; and an apple or orange.

The two-meal-a-day diet generally needs to be followed for 21 days. If you have reached your ideal weight, you can stop the diet earlier. When using this diet, due to insufficient food digestion, intestinal motility will decrease. In this case, you can use a mild laxative or glycerin; it will return to normal after 3-4 days. It is especially important to drink plenty of water, 6-8 glasses a day.

A breakfast consisting of calorie-rich foods does not affect a person's weight, but weight gain occurs at night. This is because insulin levels reach their peak in the evening, making it easier for fat to accumulate. Therefore, to prevent obesity, dinner should not be too heavy or rich. Experts recommend that dinner should not exceed 30% of your daily food intake, while breakfast should account for at least 35%.
