1. Lie on your back on the bed with your hands at your sides and your legs together. Then cross your arms and stretch your arms and shoulders above your head for 2 minutes. After that, point your toes to stretch your leg muscles and hold for 2 minutes.

2. Hold a cushion or pillow with both hands, turn your face to the side and place it on the cushion, keep your shoulders level, do not put your chest on the cushion, and keep your buttocks perpendicular to the bed.
