If your belly has recently started to bulge, then it's time to give your intestines a "deep cleanse." Only in this way can you make your waistline more and more sexy and alluring. A cleansing exercise can perform a thorough "cleansing" from the mouth to the digestive system. It's a gentle and practical method that uses simple self-exercises to achieve internal organ cleansing and adjustment.

I. Time
In the early morning, sit quietly and meditate for 5-10 minutes on an empty stomach.
II. Preparatory Work
One bottle of warm, slightly salty water (just a little salty) contains 3 liters. (That's about 12 large cups or 20 small cups; you can use a beverage bottle as a measuring tool).
III. Process:
First, quickly drink 2-3 cups (about 200-300 ml) of lightly salted water, then combine this with exercise by doing the following 4 exercises, 6 times each.
1. Skyscraper style
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms crossed and raised overhead. Inhale as you lift your heels, focusing your eyes on the back of your hands. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then exhale as you lower your heels back to the ground.
2. Wind blowing through the tree style
Stand with your legs together, arms crossed and raised overhead. Lift your heels and slowly bend your upper body to the right, holding for a few seconds. Then bend to the left and hold for a few seconds. (This counts as one set; do six sets in total.) Then return to the starting position. Breathe naturally. (If you have difficulty lifting your heels, you can complete the exercise with your heels on the ground; it won't affect the effectiveness much.)
3. Waist rotation
Stand with your feet apart, hands clasped and palms facing up, raise both arms while inhaling. Exhale as you bend forward 90 degrees, focusing your eyes on your hands. Inhale as you turn your body to the right, and exhale as you turn to the left. Repeat 6 times, then return to the starting position.
4. Cobra Twisting Style
Lie face down with your palms on either side of your chest. Slowly lift your upper body, pushing off with your toes. Slowly turn your head to the right, trying to look at your left foot. Hold for a few seconds, then turn to the other side and repeat. Do 6 sets in total, then return to the starting position.
Note: If you experience lower back pain when supporting your upper body, you can place your hands slightly in front of your body.
Friendly reminder: This method should only be used once a month, or at most twice, because toxins won't accumulate that quickly. It's recommended to try it on weekends when you're in a good mood and have plenty of free time. However, if you have acute or chronic illnesses such as stomach ulcers or duodenal ulcers, you should not try this activity.
