10 Dieting Secrets to Lose 45 Pounds in 3 Months

This advice is familiar, but that's precisely why my reasoning is different. Drinking eight glasses of water a day can help you "not feel hungry as much." I can't scientifically prove this, but when I'm working, I generally drink four glasses in the morning and four in the evening. On days when I don't drink water, I always feel hungry very quickly. And on those days, I feel sleepy much earlier. Don't be intimidated by the number eight. Try my approach: I have a one-pint glass at work, about 16 liters (like all one-pint glasses). All I have to do is drink two in the morning and two in the afternoon.
