Losing weight is a very painful process, requiring not only hunger but also strenuous exercise that makes people sweat profusely. These are the two things that obese people fear most. Therefore, we have compiled some alternative weight loss methods that can bypass these two obstacles. As for whether they can actually help you lose weight, it depends on the individual.

Hand-swinging therapy
In the early 1970s, many elderly people could be seen swinging their arms back and forth on the streets and in parks. This was supposedly a form of therapy, effective for various chronic diseases. Arm-swinging for health is a shared cultural practice in both the East and West. Of the 12 meridians in the human body, 6 are located in the hands, and their health benefits have been valued since ancient times. However, claiming it can cure all diseases is utter nonsense.
Evaporation method
A couple of years ago, a rapid evaporation method became popular. Some women who thought they had too big a waistline would measure their weight and waist circumference beforehand, then tightly wrap layers of cloth around their waist and legs, and use a high-temperature steamer to heat themselves. After an hour or two, they would measure their waist circumference again, and they could see that it had shrunk by several centimeters, and they could also lose several kilograms. However, as soon as they drank a few glasses of water, all the lost weight would immediately return. This method only evaporates the water in the body; it doesn't reduce any fat at all.
Regional weight loss method
The zone diet is a hormonal balancing diet plan. Its founder, biochemist Barry Sears, advocated that people should only eat foods that help stabilize insulin levels. Since carbohydrates raise blood sugar, which in turn leads to high insulin levels and obesity, weight loss should begin with adjusting the proportion of carbohydrate intake. He recommended a balanced diet for every meal and snack, ensuring that carbohydrates make up 40%, monounsaturated fatty acids 30%, and protein 30% to maintain optimal bodily performance. This dietary approach, which reduces the proportion of carbohydrates and increases protein intake, helps stabilize insulin levels, thus promoting weight loss. Conversely, if the diet does not reach this balanced "zone," insulin levels will rise, making it easier for fat to accumulate in the body.
