Here are some good ways to lose weight.
(a) Running and more running
When I was a senior in college and still dating my ex-boyfriend, I used this mad dash method. My desire to lose weight was so strong that every day I ate skim milk and oatmeal (about two spoonfuls) for breakfast, two servings of rice and vegetables for lunch at the cafeteria (thankfully, the vegetables at the cafeteria were delicious and hygienic), and a bottle of yogurt and two apples for dinner. Then, as soon as it got dark, I would run 20 laps (400 meters per lap) on the school's soccer field. After two weeks, I only lost two pounds, which was scientifically correct, but I was still disappointed. However, after I stopped running for a week, I lost another two pounds on my own, which was an unexpected surprise.
(II) Do you remember the hula hoop? Yes, that's it.
Playing with a hula hoop when you have free time is indeed a great way to achieve overall health through targeted treatment. However, a proper diet is essential, and your skin will become rosy!
Please read carefully, the specific method is as follows:
a. Control your diet. Keep your meal plan roughly the same as when you run, especially the evening meal. If you eat a big meal, your stomach will easily hurt when you hula hoop.
b. Hula hooping for at least half an hour, 15 minutes on each side, without stopping in between. If possible, an hour is ideal.
Here's a little secret: while hula hooping, you can bite on a chopstick. This way, you can also make your face shape more beautiful at the same time!
(III) Yoga with Green Tea
Did you know? I'm very flexible, so most yoga poses are a breeze for me. I've found that practicing yoga also helps me control my diet. I like to practice 15 yoga poses in the evening, only doing the ones I enjoy. You can choose some you like too! Then, during the day, I make myself a cup of green tea and drink it constantly. At first, I'll need to go to the toilet more often, but afterward, I'll feel very relaxed—it's definitely not diarrhea! This method is suitable for summer or winter in air-conditioned rooms. Where I live now doesn't have air conditioning, so this is my regular practice this summer.
