Morris explains that the principle behind a high-fat diet for weight loss is that fat affects insulin. Insulin's job is to transport sugars needed by the body into cells so they can be used as fuel for energy. The amount of insulin the body secretes depends on the foods consumed. For example, sugars and carbohydrates are rapidly converted into glucose, requiring a large amount of insulin. Foods rich in protein are converted into only a small amount of glucose, requiring a small amount of insulin. Dietary fats require a complex process to be converted into glucose, therefore they do not directly cause an increase in insulin.

Eating high-fat and low-sugar foods results in very little insulin production. When the body needs energy, it can't rely on insulin to transport glucose for fuel and must find a substitute – fat. Furthermore, eating only high-fat and protein foods makes it difficult to feel hungry. This combination helps avoid the urge to eat caused by sudden spikes and drops in blood sugar.

A high-fat diet plan not only includes high-fat nutrients but also high-intensity exercise. High-intensity exercise lasting 10-15 minutes has been proven by numerous studies to be not only a good way to lose weight but also helps build muscle and strength. Growth hormone is crucial for sculpting the body. There are three key ways to increase growth hormone levels:

1. Use large muscle groups for training.

2. High-intensity exercise – this means either weight or speed.

3. Take only a short rest between each training session.
