In addition, I incorporate simple exercises for my arms and thighs, such as leg kicks or waist twists. I try to stand as much as possible and avoid sitting for extended periods. When watching TV, I often stand and twist my waist to prevent developing the bad habit of sitting and watching TV while snacking.
