Ingredients: 3-5 pieces of dried tangerine peel, 1 dried plum, 1 Hangzhou chrysanthemum Pu-erh tea bag.
Instructions: Wash the dried tangerine peel and dried plums. Peel the tangerine peel into small pieces and cut or flatten the dried plums. Add 500cc of boiling water to the tea bag and steep until the tea turns yellow. Then add the tangerine peel and dried plums, cover, and steep for about 5-7 minutes.

Ingredients: 6 grams each of lotus leaf and Alisma plantago-aquatica, 3 grams each of Polygonum multiflorum and Salvia miltiorrhiza.

Ingredients: 6 grams of cassia seeds, hemp seeds, green tea, 3 grams of mint, and 3 grams of malt.
