When it comes to weight loss and body shaping, people often resort to grueling, "concentration camp" or "combat camp" style training. While this may yield "remarkable" results in a short time, the rebound is also "rapid." Repeated cycles can leave behind pigmentation deposits on the waist resembling "stretch marks."

However, during our interviews, we learned that some people who maintain a fit and healthy physique year after year are not naturally "unfazed," but rather they sculpt their bodies constantly, making it a natural and effortless habit. Want to know their body-shaping secrets?

Secret Method 1: Stand tall and show off your graceful figure

Do you know how dancers and fashion models achieve their tall and slender figures? -- "Standing in the corner".

This is a required course: Stand with your back against the wall, your head, shoulders, buttocks, calves, and heels all touching the wall, knees and heels together, just stand like that. Sounds too simple, right? But it's incredibly effective. Models typically stand like that for at least 30 minutes a day, without moving, and they'll break out in a sweat. Don't believe me? Try it. At first, being able to hold it for 15-20 minutes is already quite good.

This "lazy person's" exercise requires no effort at all. You can practice standing up while watching TV or riding the subway, by leaning against a wall or a handrail.

Besides burning calories, this exercise helps us find a sense of upright posture, consciously straightening our chest, tucking in our stomach, pressing our shoulders, and tightening our buttocks, thus maintaining this graceful posture in daily life. We often admire Hollywood stars, even if they are overweight, they are curvaceous—this is because they are accustomed to maintaining this "standing-against-the-wall" posture, resulting in well-developed abdominal muscles. Barbie Hsu, who played the female lead in "Meteor Garden," said, "My abs hurt after shopping for a long time," also because of maintaining this "standing-against-the-wall" posture.

Fitness coach Kylie told us that if you have spiral legs or feel that your leg shape is not good, you can stand with your heels together and your toes apart at a 60-90 degree angle. With practice, you can straighten your legs to be like a model.

If you get bored of standing in a corner for too long, you can do an "invisible" exercise—Kegel exercises. Alternate between 10 slow and 10 fast repetitions. This helps prevent sagging buttocks and can even increase libido.
