1. First, you need to prepare a chair with a backrest that is at waist height, or even slightly lower, at waist level. You need to stand up straight and hold onto the backrest with both hands. This is the preparation.
2. With your feet shoulder-width apart, step back and bend your upper body so that your arms are fully extended, forming a 90° angle with your upper and lower body.
3. Keep your knees slightly bent, and your head and back horizontal, pressing downwards. Do not lower your head or arch your back. You should feel a stretch in your back and arms.
4. Slowly straighten your knees, stretching your leg muscles at the same time. If you can't fully straighten them, just keep them slightly bent. Hold this position for 5 breaths, then return to position 1 and repeat.
