1. Sweets

A fondness for sweet and tempting cookies and chocolates is almost a woman's passion. Even when full, why can they still indulge without batting an eye? The sugar in sweets is digested much faster than the complex carbohydrates in rice or bread, staying in the stomach for a short time, leading to hunger soon afterward. Consuming these on an empty stomach over a long period creates a vicious cycle. Furthermore, a rapid increase in blood sugar levels triggers the production of large amounts of insulin, which helps produce fat, thus leading to weight gain.

2. Fruit

Fruits not only provide the body with vitamins and minerals, but also... does that mean it's wrong to like eating fruit? Actually, fruits, like sweets, are simple sugars, and eating too much can certainly lead to weight gain. The calories in one apple are roughly the same as in a bowl of rice. Eating two apples is fine, but eating two bowls of rice would make any woman concerned about her figure scream in alarm. 3. Eating too quickly and wolfing down food.

Also, eating while watching TV can lead to unconsciously overeating. Before her period, women often experience varying degrees of irritability, cravings, and excessive sleepiness; this phenomenon is known as "premenstrual syndrome."
