Make a fist and massage using your knuckles as the contact point. Massage in a clockwise circular motion along the intestinal area.
Using your palms as the contact surface, start from both sides of the ribs and push down towards the navel, forming a triangular motion path.
Starting from the heart area, massage downwards with alternating hands, all the way down to the waist.
Sit cross-legged and keep your upper body upright, place your hands behind your back, and push upwards as far as possible from your waist.
Tip: Repeat each movement more than 10 times consecutively, holding the position for about 10 minutes. Practicing in the morning and evening is more effective. Avoid doing this within 2 hours after meals.
