How to lose weight while staying at home on weekends

The most convenient time for us is the weekend, when we have our own personal space. Let this weekend be a chance to relax, readjust our life priorities, and examine our lives from a completely new perspective.

1. Reach your own optimal state.

We all have the ability to create and beautify our lives. Activate your "positive self-suggestion": recall times when you felt good in the past, and try your best to recall the positive inner feelings you have experienced; look at other people around you, such as people on trains, in hotels, or in restaurants, and pay attention to their strengths and optimism; read some inspirational stories about people who have overcome seemingly insurmountable difficulties, or read stories of successful weight loss people online to gain strength from them.

2. Identify the key points

Take some time to ask yourself the following questions to find the goals you want to achieve. This may give you a direction to strive for:

• What is something you often want to do but have never had the courage to try?

• If money were not an issue, how would your life be different?

• What do you consider your greatest personal strength?

• You are pursuing your dreams. How do others see you, and how do you feel about yourself?

3. Continuously motivate yourself

Learn to be a "realistic dreamer," which means finding your greatest dream and passion and making it a reality. Repeat the following sentences to yourself (even if you don't believe it at first), and imagine your future self—understand your potential:

I feel great, I can do anything!

• I pursue my goals and eventually reach them; nothing stands in my way!

I am not afraid of anyone or anything; I feel confident and determined!

I have 100% confidence in myself, and I am ready to achieve my dreams!

4. Change negative attitudes

Learn how to cope with obstacles or setbacks to prevent them from ruining your plans and plunging you into self-doubt. It's suggested that you write down three challenges that push you into a negative state, but you persevere in overcoming them—understanding yourself, your resourcefulness, your inner strength, and your ability to get back on your feet.
